New client: BlueIron

Tuesday, May 1st, 2018

We’ve been appointed by BlueIron to work on their social and influencer projects.

BlueIron is the ‘fastest growing liquid iron supplement in Europe’ [Daily Mail]. The supplement is packed with wild Nordic blueberries, one of nature’s finest superfoods, and it’s suitable for pregnancy, vegetarians and vegans – so it’s absolutely safe and delicious, whatever your diet.

According to the NHS 27% of women aren’t getting enough iron. It can also be tricky to get the correct amounts of iron whilst following a vegan or vegetarian diet, so it’s going to be our job to spread the word about BlueIron.

From spring 2018 we’ll be working on BlueIron’s paid and organic social campaigns, helping them to grow awareness of the BlueIron brand, share new products, and encourage women to assess their iron intake and look after their health the Nordic way. We will also be working with them on their influencer strategy across the UK and Ireland. BlueIron have already worked with some fantastic influencers such as Irish PT and Instagram sensation Maeve Madden, as well as no 1 best-selling food author Rozanna Purcell.

We’re incredibly excited to join the brand in shouting all about the Nordic way of wellbeing. Keep an eye on our blog and social media to be the first to see our work.

New client: YesTo

Tuesday, May 1st, 2018

We’re thrilled to announce that we have been appointed by natural skincare brand Yes to as of spring 2018. Yes to products are always 100% free of toxic ingredients and 100% filled with love, laughter and loads of fruit and veggies! Every product is at least 95% natural, free of parabens, and made with recyclable materials as well as many being certified vegan and approved by PETA.

Established in California, YesTo are a global leader in natural beauty products with award-winning formulas and unique collections. We will be working with the UK arm of the business to match the brand’s success in the US and become the no 1 face mask brand in the UK. We will be managing the UK social media accounts including working on their strategy, scheduling, community management and tone of voice as well as working alongside beauty PR agency B. for their influencer relations.

We will also be working with YesTo on a number of digital projects which will unfold over the course of the year. We are very excited to be working with such a vibrant brand as they grow their UK market – and we hope to help them be just as successful as they have been in the USA. Keep an eye on our blog and social media to be the first to see our work!

9 of the best #BlueMonday social posts

Tuesday, January 16th, 2018

Blue Monday is *apparently* the most depressing day of the year. Every third Monday in January we all rally round and ask ourselves if we are actually feeling “blue” or if the internet is just telling us we are. Either way, we love the hype on social of a trending hashtag. Here are 9 of our favourite social posts from the gloomiest 24 hours of the social media calendar!

1. CBeebies
#TiredTuesday is our new fave thing, we can’t deny it! Plus, it’s not limited to a once a year use – hello weekly content.

2. Women’s Health
Our kinda mantra…

3. Pukka Pies
Ok, so we’re biased on this one but sometimes a tasty dinner just makes a dull day 10 times better!

4. BBC 6 Music
We thinks the world’s caught on this year to the fact that we’re the only ones making any Monday blue.

In all seriousness this is a great article, give it a read if you’ve got 10 minutes!

5. Manchester United
Begrudgingly giving them this one. You’re red. We get it.

6. Lindsay Ell
Yeah, we hadn’t heard of her either and apparently, she’d only heard of Blue Monday this year. This year!

7. NME
A #BlueMonday tweet with actual factual knowledge. We’re down.

8. Innocent Drinks
Always up there with the trending topics are our Innocent.

9. National Trust
A.K.A the most satisfying video you’ll see today.

Our work: Steakation campaign

Wednesday, September 27th, 2017

Son of Steak Steakation logo

Summer. Seems like a distant memory. But back in the sunshine season, did you spot our campaign for Son of Steak?

There’s loads to do in Nottingham during the summer and Steakation (yep, that one’s ours) drew visitors to the city – and the restaurant – for a day out. By showing proof that they’d made the most of any city centre attraction, all lucky, hungry Steakationers landed 20% off food between 12 and 6pm, boosting trade at these quieter hours.

After coming up with the initial Steakation concept, we designed an identity and created marketing material including flyers and social posts. We also made a cow, which we took to Nottingham Beach for the day to promote the new campaign and spread the word. Known as Eddy Bull, he’s now a permanent restaurant fixture.

Read more about our Son of Steak here, or take a look at our work for their social media channels. We’ll leave you with Eddy.
